To qualify for the $500 hiring incentive, employees must:
Be a new employee of Cambridge-Isanti Schools.
Not hold a valid Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements at the time of hire.
Successfully obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements through the Cambridge-Isanti Schools training program.
Be recommended into a regular bus route driver position with Cambridge-Isanti Schools.
Successfully complete six (6) months of continuous employment in the regular full-time bus driver position.
